James, your story is so moving. I am full of admiration for the love and care you give to your Joyce - takes someone very special to give so much to someone who sadly is suffering from Dementia-hugs to both of you....

Your dedication to Joyce is really touching. I hope that I could be half as strong given the same circumstances.
