That's a rotten thing to happen I hope the rest of the stay was enjoyable. But what sods the airline were! I do hope you get compensation for that.

Thanks all for your messages and Meg yes the dogs are fine. I have an excellent kennel nearby and when I take them over they welcome the owner with wagging tails. Dogs don't pretend so I know they are fine there. Looking forward to taking them for a nice run tomorrow through the woods and fields
