Hair Cut Sir/Madam?

How much does having your hair chopped cost??

Is it the Posh Shop?

A Home Visit Hair Dresser?

Unisex Hair Salon or Barber?

Bowl on Head?

Re: Hair Cut Sir/Madam?

Mostly my Wife uses hair trimmers, this means over the years we are looking at pennies a time.

When I use my local barber, he charges £6.00.

My Wife says £20.00 for her hair at a local hairdresser's

Hello Manxman, I bet your wife would not allow hair trimmers on her hair

(It will be interesting to hear how prices might vary).

My Barber is located in an indoor market located within The Arndale Centre in Manchester. Room for 2 chairs and not much more. We often queue outside, good chat though, always has the radio playing.

I honestly think my Wife would prefer a short cut, it would save getting up early daily to look good for work.

My hairdresser comes to the house and I pay £10 for a cut.

I go to local unisex barber - best cut I have ever had and costs £8. Go every six weeks or so. I absolutely hate hairdressing shops with a vengence, can't stand the smell, somebody washing my hair and the inane chatter. Have a good laugh in the barbers and in and out in 15/20 minutes and really pleased with the results.

£20 for cut, wash and blow dry at my hairdressers. Jayne set up on her own from a large salon-doesn't have any staff, just herself. I have been going to her for years every 5/6 weeks. I love going-its my treat to me and I find it very relaxing...........

I've never had a haircut; wear it long, trim it myself when it needs it.

I go to the same Barber (gents only) I have been going to for the last 40years.
It cost me £10 a time, £5 which goes into the orphaned horse box.
