Long, Short Hair or Re-Style?

Do you often change the style or colour of your hair?

Do you find visiting a Hair Salon relaxing or frustrating?

When I used to have shortish hair and would try different styles occasionally, I did not enjoy the Stylist flicking through my hair!

Really don't enjoy someone else washing my hair, it always feels like it is running down my neck and sides of my face.

With longer hair a trim is more straight forward.

I always hated long hair, having had it inflicted on me as a child. I like my hair to be very short indeed, less hassle.

Had my hair cut short in 1976-too hot to keep it long. Have kept it short ever since, usually in the same style. Have never coloured my hair-used to be very blonde when younger, and during summer it always looked like I had had streaks put in, but it was the sun lightening it.

I love someone else washing my hair. (Hate doing it myself even though I do it every day - what a chore.)

Long or short, there comes an age when you need a style. Shaggy, tangled mops look great - if you are young. Once you reach a certain age, it's best to think about what suits you.

Re: Long, Short Hair or Re-Style?

I've had my hair very short for most of my adult life, but in the past year I've grown it a bit. Can't decide what's best, but the natural curl comes out much better when it has a bit of length. Never permed/coloured/highlighted or anything else. Bit of a natural freak, if now a somwhat gray one!

I've never permed or colored my hair, wear it long in a pony tail, not grey. At work I always wore a short styled wig as my hair is thin and limp and nothing can be done with it. I've never been to a hair salon .....

Re: Long, Short Hair or Re-Style?

I find my visits to the hairdresser very relaxing especially as I always get given a head massage after the shampooing ..... feels like heaven!

My hair is short and I have low lights put in....

Re: Long, Short Hair or Re-Style?

I like to vary my style, sometimes I get it cut short, then I let it grow longer. At the moment it is past my shoulders and is annoying me. I change the colour as well from time to time, I get two colours mixed in so not sure what it is - reddish! My natural colour is blackish!

I used to have medium length hair when I was younger, then I went short cos it was easier now I am growing it again... might as well enjoy it while I still have it! My dad is bold so I guess it runs in the genes!
