Happy anniversary, everybody.

It's just a shame there's nothing to celebrate yet.

Watching Von der Leyen press the EU's self-destruct button has made Brexit worth it on its own.
The jealousy in the EU's actions in recent days very clearly shows just how envious of the UK that bunch of scheming charlatans really are.

Re: Happy Brexit Anniversary

Well I suppose strictly speaking we left the EU on 31/01/20, but the next few months were a bit of a strange limbo

As far as I'm concerned, we didn't really leave till 01/01/21

After 4 1/2 years of whinging and whining and treachery and subversion you'd have thought that the Remainers would have run out of toys to throw out of their pram

I can see the diehard Remainers/Remoaners/Rejoiners carrying on like that for years to come, and to paraphrase another saying -
The price of Brexit is eternal vigilance
