Mups, got no problem if people are unable to justify or provide any rational explanation for their assertions. People assert all manner of things.Some people assert that the Earth is flat and that the sun and moon just move in circles above the flat disk.
People are free to believe any nonsense they like. However when it comes to attempts to indoctrinate others into their belief systems then there's a role to be played by others to make people THINK and to objectively ask questions and compare reality with religious assertions.

yeah Amen, Praise God, Ra Ra . . .Still you were all careful to get your Flu Shots right?
I mean you didn't just pray that you wouldn't catch the flu did you?!
You hedged your bets and went and had the flu shot. Especially those who deem themselves vulnerable and that Flu could kill them!! lol
Just think how many £millions if not £billions you could save the health service if you would just have a little faith and just pray that you won't catch Flu !
All that precious money and funding could go toward much better things, mental health, addiction rehabilitation and so on.
Denial is imho a terrible thing. It holds your life development back for years and results in you missing countless opportunities.
Attempting to defend the indefensible is akin to standing in a bucket and trying to pull yourself up by the handle !
