Travel and Pensioners

Two pensioners who celebrated their 90th birthdays with afternoon tea at the Savoy Hotel in London... then ended up 200 MILES from home after boarding the wrong train.

Oh dear poor things I hope they look on it as an adventure and it didn't spoil their special .

You have to smile because you just know it could happen to you
And not just the elderly .
Many years ago my husband went by train from Worcestershire to a conference in London.
On the train home he met a colleague, one of the highly intelligent boffins with whom he worked.
My husband expressed surprise at seeing him because he thought the man had traveled to London by car, he had but totally forgot and went home by train
