All right for someone who has the strength and energy but I don't think I could tow it very far. Hard enough just pedalling myself along.

Wouldn't have the energy now to pedal up hill let alone be towing something, but I think its fab for keen cyclists.

I haven't seen anything as ridiculous since the Sinclair C5.

Horrific images flash into my mind ... of
Pedalling along on a windy day.
Braking and getting a hard shunt.
Creating chaos around a roundabout.... or heaven forbid, they cycle on the pavements.

Does it have lights? Brakes? Need insurance?
