Tell me more UJ,apparently it is so tender, and the juice from the joint, you get far much more,as it doesn't dry up,my friend does it,I was amazed at the meat juices from her joint of beef!...do you set the slow cooker on low?.

Hi Pauline......if someone says they are having a joint here, they are meaning they are going to have a marijuana cigarette. They call them weeds and joints.

Are you meaning a Leg? I have had a leg of lamb in the slow cooker when I used to eat a lot of meat......

Thanks Pauline, I was very sick for a while, but things are getting better now......

The meat was so tender. Just lovely. I got rid of my slow cooker because I am only cooking for myself now, so I don't need so much....but there is nothing like a slow cooker, and it smells so good as it is cooking...
