Patients Know Best

Have sent a lot of emails recently.

Do you use this service? Is it worth bothering with? I've forgotten my log in details, and I'm wondering if the emails could contain anything more than what we already know.

I haven't heard of it but looking at google it has some very poor reviews. Which doesn't surprise me tbh. You only have to look at problems with track and trace to see why it might have hiccups.

Hi Mups .... it's a website, you log in to view your medical records, supposedly.

It was founded in 2008, seemed like maybe a good thing at the time, but there's no medical records just a copy of some of the letters that get sent.

I must have signed up nearly ten years ago, I thought it had fizzled out, but I've had these emails recently ....

I had a google, and apparently you have to enquire whether your GP practice participates in the scheme first.
