Muddy, I can't judge how well you have captured this man's likeness, as I don't know who he is.
What I can say is, if this head was in somebody's passport, I would accept it as a photo.

You have great artistic talent but, like most artists, you are always seeking greater perfection...... when there is no need!

I find it difficult to get a likeness it is ( IMO ) the mouth that makes or breaks a portrait
But at least getting faster this took me two hours.
