That's fine...I suppose that it's better to have the 'input' setting a little higher, then if the weather turns colder, you will benefit ...
If it's too warm, you can always open a window.....

Pending the layout of the property, if it's electric only, the way to go for heating is air to air heat pumps. They can be up to 500% efficient pending ambient conditions. In other words, 1kw power input to get 5kw heating output.
