My neighbour has one Mups I don't think they cost much to run because they only come on when the motion sensor is activated by someone moving around .

No, I think the dusk till dawn ones stay on Meg, they don't go on and off on all night. As I said earlier, they are only about a 6 watt light, and apparently cost very little to run. They don't go off until dawn.

I have got the sensor ones now, but turned the back light off because even moths flying past were making it come on and I kept thinking someone was creeping about!
