Oh yes ,I keep moving, every time I go to another room to get something, by the time I get there ,I've forgotten what it was I was going for, and have to come back again

I don't feel old but there are things that happen that let me know younger people see me that way. Mostly the way they say, "Do you want a hand with that"? ..or "Are you OK with that?" when something needs moving around or putting in the car.
