Fully understandable for brexiters (as well as silly bread) to jump on the slightest justification for there stance though, whether it be right or wrong.

Call it optimism and proud to be British itsme, it won us at least two world wars.
Unlike the pessimism and the doom and gloom expressed by some remainers.......

.... and there you are wanting the UK to adopt the Euro.

Pretty much says it all.

Yep, definitely the thoughts of an ancient. The wars are over by the way, and Mafaking has been relieved.

We were on the winning side by the way, rather than we won them. Bit of a difference.

This whole business is, to ,me, like a dog owner (Brussels) taking his dog (Britain) out for a walk on one of those retractable leads. The dog wants more freedom so the master gives it a bit more lead but is still in control. No matter how much 'freedom' the dog has it is still under the control of it,s master.

Re: Brace Yourselves, It Ain’t Going To Happen, Is It?

We have a VERY long way to go BigBen.

This will go on much longer than March 29th.

Our politicians are owned and controlled by the EU. Have been for over 40 years imho. That's how we ended up in the EU in the first place. They put us in there by stealth and skulduggery, drafting and pushing through treaties which sought to abolish our sovereignty and nationality. Corrupt politicians, taking the bribes, people who don't care one jot about this country or its people.

So we have a huge problem.

UK politics is infested with EU stooges imho.

As such they are not going to allow us to leave. You can see how May is just doing the merry dance as she has been instructed to do. Delaying, offering us nothing, just doing what the EU tell her to do.

BrExit is a total side issue. UK politics as a whole and democracy itself are at threat. We are seeing a dictatorship in action. A refusal to honour a democratic vote. They don't care. We are nothing to these elitists.

BrExit is just the catalyst that demonstrates the truth of that situation.

People are waking up. They are realising that politics is an illusion, that democracy is an illusion, that it doesn't matter whether you vote Tory or Labour, because a vote for either is a vote for the EU.

The UK people are going to have to take back control of their country somehow from these despots. They are going to have to restore the British Constitution so this kind of travesty can never happen again.
The elite know this which is why they are getting ready for Martial Law.

Tough times ahead

Be sure to prepare.

That's a good analogy because if the dog owner lets the dog runaway it will become a neglected stray and not be able to fend for itself. Such is the global economy we have in modern times.
