Grrrrr at broadband speed!
It makes me so cross that I have to pay the same amount for very, very slow broadband as folk who get it quicker!We live in the 'out in the sticks' as they say & get rubbish speed but keep getting told how fast it COULD be!
Sometimes videos buffer so much I give up in exasperation!
Why isn't it costed according to your guaranteed speed?
Anyone else have this problem??!

I was with Sky but it was just as bad ... I thought BT would be better as the exchange is just down the road but no!It takes ages for things to come up on screen sometimes ... I'm always saying it would be quicker to go to the library to look something up rather than Google it!!

I live in the middle of nowhere and mine isn't very fast, 2.9Mb download 0.6Mb upload but it is adequate and I only pay £5 a month so I am reluctant to switch.Have you checked with someone like Uswitch to see if they can find a faster speed for you ?.
