Re: Trump Inauguration

I can't say I was impressed with Trump's inauguration speech, a load of platitudes no genuine passion there...
The assembled crowds seemed 'lukewarm' too.

Re: Trump Inauguration

Hi

I have nothing personal against Trump, it is just that I have no time at all for any Politician at the moment.

Having said that, whilst I am not interested, I would be in floods of tears if I ever had to witness Corbyn becoming our PM.

Funny but his speech made me think of Corbyn/UJ it was very pro worker and anti establishment.

I enjoyed that.

I don't know who dressed Melania today but she looked absolutely stunning.

Re: Trump Inauguration

Well - It has happened and he is there! I watched the Inauguration and the general message seems clear " America First and stuff the rest of the world ".

We had been briefed to expect only platitudes and not policy details and so it was. He had a teleprompter inside his bullet proof glass enclosure and they carefully kept all that out of shot for most of the time until the end.

The world has not ended yet but it is only a few minutes!
