Re: Hello All

Thanks for the nice welcome, Uncle Joe! I am normally asleep at this time, but pain had other designs on me. I suspect you can relate.

Yes Toni darlin' absolutely!!! - but I have a very good team of medics looking after me and I have a supply of Co-Codomol tablets and a bottle of liquid Morphine if the pain is really bad.

The only time I was on morphine is when I was dying in Hospice in 2001. Recovered-- as you can see and now the world has to put up with me just awhile longer. lol

Hi Antoinette, it's always nice when we get someone from over the pond.
I hope you enjoy it here.

I must be careful that I don't overdue my stay. Got lots of irons in the fire at one time.

Toni darlin' - you're NOT going anywhere - we won't allow it!!!!

As for Oromorph, hospital supply me with it every time I turn up for yet another operation (had both hips and both knees surgically replaced + 1 hip revision - latest operation over last Xmas). I see Surgeons again in June and they will be talking to me about possible ankle joint replacement. Good 'ere innit???
