Yes Val darlin' - but regrettably you can't get them here - I was in Moscow at the time - they did a magnificent blackberry and Rhubarb one - b ut that was in the days when it was the Soviet Union. I suspect you can't get that ice cream there now.

Re: Where to buy the Best Ice Creams

I don't very often eat ice cream but had one listed in the article above 'Otter Valley' when staying in Devon and found it very expensive and nothing special.

This is one of my favourites made locally but too expensive to have very often..

Elderflower and Gooseberry and Damson with Sloe Gin are my preferred choice .

Of the supermarket ice creams I like Mackies Organic made in Scotland.

I'm not a huge fan of ice cream per se but on ocassion I do enjoy it and tend to like the local Ice Cream - especially honeycomb <slurp slurp>; failing that, I quite like Cornish ice cream (especially in a knickerbockerglory)

No Pats darlin' - not Italy, sounds strange and like taking coals to Newcastle but Russia - they have so many varieties to choose from - if you can eat it, you can make ice cream from it!!!
