There are people who are genuinely in need and who struggle to obtain benefits, who must detest them even more.

JBR, a while back I was having a problem with these scam callers inspite of being registered with the TPS for a very long time.
I asked them why the calls were still getting through to me, and they said it is the calls from scammers abroad they cannot stop.
I had another one today, and when I checked on 'Who called me' it showed there have been 10,216 other people complaining they were being pestered by this number!
I have now blocked it.
Incase anyone is interested it was:
