Thing that annoyed me today? Bloody Asda!I normally shop on a Tuesday but I had to pop in this afternoon to pick up some essentials, tonic and fresh lemons for the weekend. Any way my Asda has normal checkouts with humans, they have non attended checkouts where you do the checking out yourself but dont get paid, they have those scoot thru checkouts if you only have a few items in a basket and now a system where you scan and pack your own stuff as you go around,and then go to a special checkout to pay ‘get on with it Vlad for crying out loud
So ther are 4 separate ways of getting your gin accessories out of the store ...and here is the rub...every bloody checkout had a queue about a mile long! Some queues were so long the Salvation Army was dishing out soup to those of us at the back. One woman gave birth to twins, she was 6 months pregnant when she came in to buy toilet rolls!
For crying ou loud! Christmas is over three weeks away and do you really need 4 crates of of mince pies? And what really grips my s*** Do you have to pay the whole bloody bill with vouchers and coupons that you got out of last years Woman’s weekly? arrrrgh!
And breathe ....
