Re: What is your comfort food?

I'm with Spitty on this crab or fish sticks but mine are mixed with a thick dollop of mayo and salad in between two thick slices of wholemeal bread.
I normally need a fork to pick it all out of the sarnie because it always ends up on my shirt if I don't use one.

Re: What is your comfort food?

A good ole tin of Heinz chicken soup with bread in !

I make my own nowadays so it always brings back happy childhood comforting memories for me once in a while.

My other is fry some mash add some grated cheese THEN add some beans...yum yum with a slice of gammon, very comforting.

And the grand finale....when no ones looking...dip my buttery toast in tea !
Been doing that since a toddler, lol

Beef Stroganoff.

That, or Goulash with lots of paprika. Easy to do in a slow cooker.
