When you run the tap too fast and you get water all down the front of your tee shirt, just before you are about to go out.

We have one of those taps too, it's since we had the new kitchen put in. The sink is not as deep as the old one and the water pelts out hits the bottom of the sink then flies up in the air. Blooming annoying so it is, I never remember untill it's too late.
