The state of the Economy.

Hi

Back to work, back to the Office.

What a change in Government Policy.

Why?

Is protecting the NHS no longer an issue?

We are not grasping the future.

Many can work from home very efficiently, no need for time wasting daily commutes and massive savings in costs of infrastructure and office costs.

Others are grasping this advantage, why aren't we?

We where at the forefront of the Industrial Revolution, we grasped it with both hands and made a huge success of it.

Why are we not at the front of the Digital Revolution?

All this working from home, folks have always needed a stern gaffer to keep an eye on them to maximise productivity, without it, there would have been no Industrial Revolution, everyone one would have been out back, on a Fag Break.

Hi

Amazing then that some of the biggest Companies have seen productivity rise and costs fall due to Covid.

Many are embracing it, saves them vasts amounts on Season Tickets and other costs as well as saving them hours a day commuting.

Companies have realised they do not have to pay stupid rental costs for offices, they can save vast amounts.

What about the greater economy?
Those who clean offices and supply office workers with sandwiches ?
Where will these people work?

Hi

Times change, we are in the biggest change since the Industrial Revolution.

It can be positive, no need for Luddites.

Office Cleaners?

yes, they will lose out, but replaced by cleaning from those working from home.

There will always be a call for Luddites, balance is required even through progression.

Hi

Sabina had 7.5 hours a week cleaning an Office.

They are working from home now.

She now has 11 hours a week cleaning those working from home.

Goshia lost her job in a Cafe, no Office Workers.

Now working on a full time contract for Tesco grocery picking.

Embrace the Future, we can make a success of this.
