Good morning Saturday

Good morning all, forecast cloudy all day but dry with 21 deg., that'll do for me thanks

We are in Dorset for a few days seeing relatives and enjoying the coast, which is a real nice change after 6 months of lockdown. Visiting Bridport street market later and then probably fish 'n chips at West Bay.

Enjoy your weekend everyone

Good morning everybody.

I'll be surprised if there's a street market Barry with the covid rules but you can hope!!

Another day in isolation for me in readiness for my operation on Monday. Still lots I want to do in the garden so I won't be bored!!

Have a good day all.

Carol I wish you well for Monday.

My visit to hospital earlier this week went like clockwork with minimal contact from the PPE clad staff, I felt very safe
Unlike previous visits there was no waiting around.

Yes Meg, we thought the good weather wouldn't last until this week, but seems like the gods are being kind to us. Yes, it's a lovely part of the world, one which we discovered around 14 years ago when Rosemary found a brother down here through the internet and, although he died last year, we still try to visit the rest of the related family at least once a year...

Re: Good morning Saturday

Good morning all sunny intervals but pleasantly warm here.

Nothing special planned for today so, after the usual chores, I’ll be pottering around in the garden.

Barry I hope you have a lovely break in Dorset, just what’s needed before the winter sets in.

Enjoy your day everyone

Re: Good morning Saturday

Went to pick up my next 3 months supply of meds this morning and the pharmacist asked me if I'd had a flu jab yet. I told him I'd made an appointment for next month at my GP's surgery to have 1 and he said he'd do it now if I liked - sleeve rolled up in no time, and jab done there and then. Val was waiting for me outside and I told her. In she went, 5 mins later out she came rubbing her arm. Jab done. We've since cancelled our appointments at the doctors.
