Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Morning Ladies, Totally hacked off and starting to fume. Been trying to renew my car insurance but having a real problem with their Site, they at first told me my email address was wrong, after hours of trying I finally got in only to find they are having a problem with online payments and to get in touch. No bloody phone number given to do this so again more carry on to find one. Finally get one but doesn't open till 9am and I won't be here then. Wondering what problems will come to light when/if I get through to an actual person. It's an 0333 number from my mobile, hoping it's not one of those expensive numbers. Ggggrrrrrr I'm away for my swim and a soak in the hot jacuzzi, calm my rising anger.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good Afternoon People, and what a scorcher it is here...had to come into the house for a cuppa and to cool down..Too hot for weeding or shopping, but had a good blether to next door Neighbours..The 2 younger Ones work from Home,so just pop out for a breather/lunch..The other 2 are retired like Me but never arise until 12/1pm in the Afternoon...They call Me the early Bird,I call Them the night Hawks ...I do most of what needs doing between 7 & 2pm..They can be heard pottering about in Their garden at Midnight watering Their plants and some of My shrubs too which are next to the fence..saves Me the bother
Hope you're all enjoying this fab' weather, and it's great to see the Kids in the Ave' playing in Their paddling pools etc,a great start to the School holidays for Them.

Hope You've managed to get the insurance sorted Roxy.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Yes May I had to stay on hold for 28 minutes with my BP climbing rapidly. Was just on the point of saying Bugger them I'll just change Insurance Companies when some lass answered. She couldn't have been nicer and sorted everything out, telling me their Site was undergoing massive maintenance. I should have thought they would have shut it and put a notice there to say what was going on. But I'm sorted for another years driving.

Evening all. What a scorcher here too!
Ma heid is ok btw. However I did a really stupid thing last night. After a few refreshments and all the excitement of the tennis I decided to fake tan late last night. Bad idea am very stripey looking today! Be warned don’t drink and tan ! Lol
Enjoy the rest of this lovely evening.

Good Morning Each,a dull cloudy one here so expect some rain later,

It was too hot yesterday to go food shopping so did it online to be delivered this morning..Housework and window cleaning after breakfast.

@ Bonnie..I remember doing much the same with the tanning many years ago,no stripes, but I was a lovely shade of orange for days, especially My hands
