Dirt cake????? Come on Nimby, spill the beans.

After that horrendous forecast the rain didn't start here until around 4 pm. Son has been combining barley all day so after lunch Chris and I went to watch for a while and I had a ride in the monster! (Long way up and I don't think Joy wanted to catch me if I fell off so had to be very very careful climbing up and down!)

No rain here today either, although there was a few drops of water. Hairdressers and food shopping and home early for me for a change.

Lovely sunny morning.Going to matinee performance of Les Mis in the West End today..Seen it a few times it's my favourite. There's a Welsh connection in the cast-the landlady is played by Harry Secombes' daughter.

That should be good Rhosyn . I've only seen the film
Lovely sunshine here but when sun goes behind a cloud its chilly so I've been in and out like a yoyo
I've been half watching the ceremony about the fall of Japan, sad it see the few survivors and listen to their stories

Excellent singers in Les Mis.Katy Secombe's understudy took the role of Madame Thenardiner so didn't get to see or hear Harry's daughter.Jac -the stage show is tons better than the film.
It was a lovely day out with son no.2,he does look after his Mam!
