Today I have come to the conclusion that coffee doesn't agree with me anymore. Haven't had a coffee for weeks. Took one for elevenses and had to rush to the toilets to be violently sick. I felt very shakey after it too. How strange is that? Tea for me as usual.

Today I watched a recording of David Attenborough’s ‘Birds of Paradise’ program, it was very interesting, when you see all the singing and dancing the male bird has to do for a 2 second quickie it makes you grateful you’re not a reincarnated bird. We had a very popular Bar in the city centre years ago called ‘The Paradise Bar’, they had two barmaids there, that’s the nearest I ever got to the birds of Paradise. Attenborough said that when the Zoo asked him to bring some back alive he collected 14 and brought them back, they ended up, and these are his words not mine, in ‘The London zoo’s old birds house’ so ladies whatever you do try to avoid ending up in a granny flat, or in other words, the old birds house.

'Inherent Vice' was a bore ... quite enjoyed 'The Judge' ... Really enjoyed 'Whiplash'
