Pan Haggerty

1lb potatoes
2 medium onions
6oz cheese
Generous knob of butter
Seasoning

Thinly slice potatoes and onions, grate cheese. Melt butter in frying pan, add alternate layers of potato, onion and cheese.

Season as liked. Finish with top layer of potato.

Cook on gentle heat for 25 minutes. Place under grill for 5 minutes to brown.

Tasty on it's own or with chicken or sausages.
