Eton Mess yesterday after dinner. Made with shop bought meringues, fresh strawberries and (our nod to healthy eating ) low fat creme fraiche.

Not had any snacks or desserts yet today, just breakfast and a cuppa.

I'm going to go for a walk - I have had a banana, and two thick slices of ginger cake which needed finishing up before it went sticky *ahem*. So yes, off out for a brisk walk to burn off the calories
