Classic Banana Bread Recipe Ideal for those with food intolerance
This is ideal if you have food intolerance. I have used cup measures as I don't have weighing scales
You can add or leave out ingredients as required
Classic Banana Bread
Ingredients
1/2 c Organic Whole Milk French Vanilla Yoghurt or Geek yoghurt
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
4 small or 3 large over-ripe bananas (mashed)
1 c walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Stir yogurt and sugar together and then lightly beat in eggs.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Step 4
Now mix everything with the banana mash. Optionally add nuts at this time.
Step 5
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake at 350° for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
