Dremel drill with the small sanding drum attachment - works a treat to smooth the edges and thin down the horny bits.

It's the bending down that's the problem for me these days. I got my toenails done in a salon in Oz and it was painless and great. They were filed. I'd love to be able to treat myself to that more often.

About the animals nails, or claws, I was thinking that they don’t seem to continue growing all the time like human nails. take this woman for example.
