At Last! I Have Found Some Unhomogenised Whole Milk!

I have tried to like Semi Skimmed milk but it’s too watery for me and it is homogenised.

In Asda lately, l found that they sell, Dairy Farmers Free Range, Unhomogenised Whole Milk.
It is lovely and tastes like milk we used to get at school. It is delicious. I drink it as it is or make rice puddings with it.

Has anyone tried it? Perhaps, it is too rich and creamy for you?

Never seen it Art. I will look out for it though as I'm sure it would be nice with my coffee. I have a little whizzer machine that froths the milk up, so the thicker the better.

I didn't know you could buy it either Art.
I remember my Nain and Taid (nana & grandad in welsh) used to buy the gold top milk. The separated cream top not only tasted decadent on my cereal but the rest of the milk in the bottle also tasted delicious. Not unlike Evaporated milk in flavour.
It must have tasted rich to me even as a child though because it wasn't something I wanted other than on that odd Saturday morning wake-up breakfast at my grandparents in Bangor

My mum used to buy gold top milk (Jersey) and she would pour off the very top of each pint into a bowl, and then on a Sunday add sugar and whip it up into thick cream...yum!!
