Turkish restaurant meal!

Went out with four friends - had a lovely evening.

My starter was King Prawns in a spicy tomato,onion and pepper sauce with homemade crusty bread.

Main - Turkish beef stew with baby potatoes, carrots, peppers and onions

Pudding - Baklava with pistachio ice cream.

Absolutely delicious!

Three of us shared a bottle of Merlot, one had Turkish beer, and our designated driver had diet coke.

All of that came to £32 each including a generous tip.

Have never tried Turkish food. There are two Turkish restaurants in the town but I've not been brave enough to enter them.

I would recommend Turkish food - it is delicious.

Yes i could polish off that meal but minus the baby potatoes, good value indeed.

I love Turkish food too your meal sounds scrumptious ....we just have one Turkish restaurant near here and unfortunately it not so good.....I'm jealous
