Ian Duncan, has the title of Baron Duncan of Springbank, his function in boris' government is Minister for Climate Change. He doesn't represent a constituency that elected him.

So in effect, he is a politician in government who was not elected by the the people.

I must say, and I don't mean to be nasty, this is very entertaining.

He seems to have no idea about democratic elections and how they work.
I assume that they still have elections in the Netherlands.
