Tragic bread didn't know so many in your government are unelected politicians. He thought the EU was bad, and all the time his own government screws the parliament (= the people's representative) over.

You don't understand how the UK government works, like most things.
Ian Duncan, has the title of Baron Duncan of Springbank, his function in boris' government is Minister for Climate Change. He doesn't represent a constituency that elected him.
So in effect, he is a politician in government who was not elected by the the people.

He is a glorified civil servant. Do we have to elect every member of the civil service ?
