Reading on his Wiki page he was a brief member with Screaming Lord Sutch's Band, The Savages, along with Jimmy Page whom both subsequently joined The Yardbirds. Living in Wallington myself back then, I went regularly to the music nights. Wallington Public Halls, a great venue as just small and we all just stood or danced about....Great times had by everybody who managed to get it..queues were always so long.....

yes I like Johnnie Allans...brings me more back to trying to get Husband jiving. had lessons even..but like a lot of men two left feet.
