In all seriousness, I don't doubt that there is life on other planets.Not in our solar system, though.
Of the billions of galaxies in the universe, each of which comprise billions of stars with planets orbiting them, there must be life.
As for aliens visiting this planet, very doubtful.
The nearest known planets which may support life are many light years away from Earth. Consider, even with the ability to travel at light-speed, how many hundreds or thousands of years it would take for such an alien to travel to this planet.
Just not feasible.
