Surely one of the most fatuous and meaningless political slogans ever uttered, and there's some stiff competition.
The only thing on the ballot paper was to leave the EU. No mention of the Single Market or Customs Union. So if you want the so-called will of the people, that's all you get.

A typical remainiac twisting of words tactic.

There were two options:
- Leave the EU
- Remain in the EU

No mention of deals

Please bear in mind that May's, and now probably Boris's deal is a BRINO deal and would keep us in the EU in all important respects.

Typical leaver laziness. Those who knew what they were voting for, had informed themselves and read the famous article 50.

CONSOLIDATED VERSION OF THE TREATY ON EUROPEAN UNION

TITLE VI

FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 50

1.***Any Member State may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.

2.***A Member State which decides to withdraw shall notify the European Council of its intention. In the light of the guidelines provided by the European Council, the Union shall negotiate and conclude an agreement with that State, setting out the arrangements for its withdrawal, taking account of the framework for its future relationship with the Union. That agreement shall be negotiated in accordance with Article 218(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. It shall be concluded on behalf of the Union by the Council, acting by a qualified majority, after obtaining the consent of the European Parliament.

3.***The Treaties shall cease to apply to the State in question from the date of entry into force of the withdrawal agreement or, failing that, two years after the notification referred to in paragraph 2, unless the European Council, in agreement with the Member State concerned, unanimously decides to extend this period.

Not only did most leavers not read Article 50 they couldn’t even be bothered to read the referendum bill which stated it was advisory only. Instead they believed the words of a politician and a leaflet they received that have no standing in law.

Yet they maintain that they knew exactly what they were voting for. Sure they did, and pigs might fly

You lost.

I'll ask you for about the 15th time ... "what is the future of the EU over the next 5 years, what was it you were voting for ?"

So far you refuse to answer your own argument.

No need to read it Banchory, only the rich will benefit from remaining in the EU, but it's the working man/woman that has to stump up the thirty odd billion for the luxury of being a member to this very exclusive club. I'd rather it goes to someone who actually cares about this country and not to someone who has figured out how much they can cream off Brussels...

Well how about you answering your own argument...'what is the future of the UK over the next 5 years' . If you can answer that you must be clairvoyant, or have superhuman powers...but you probably think you have.

Logging in as someone else to avoid answering questions wont work.

If in the next 5 years I don't like the direction of the government I can vote them out - you can't do that with your unelected mafia mob in the EU.

Now, where is my answer ?????

Pot, Kettle, Black, Clairvoyant? I refer you to your post...

''Not only did most Leavers not read it''

Of course you have spoken personally to each of the 17.4 million leave voters to make such a statement of fact?
