What a good idea Mags I'm also thinking of getting a pedometer (don't know if I spelt that right) - just shows how seriously I'm taking this exercise regime

I have a pedometer but no idea where it is. I sometimes measure where we walk on my memory map.

I'll need a counter for the number of times I go up and down the stairs, there's 15 steps with a twist at the top.

The toilet is upstairs too, so getting a dose of the scoots will be beneficial as well.
