I only got a couple of hours sleep last night so am off to bed soon. I did enjoy my visit to John Lewis today, though. It was a trip walking there, around and back home that I couldn't have walked just a couple of months ago. I feel better the further away I am from the chemo.

I get blood taken on October 5th and then the stomach injection on the 8th.

Ffosse, from previous postings I think I have an idea of where you may live - well done on your trip to John Lewis today.

Thank you, I can actually see John Lewis from my kitchen window but it's much further and uphill than as the crow flies.

I'm fine, although I did go for a nap at 5 and ended up waking up at 9. I probably won't sleep so well tonight but I'm not bothered; I've got plenty if music to listen to.
