Absolutely brilliant isn't it! One day it's so exceptionally hot, the next it's tipping with rain then we get thunderstorms and then it starts all over again. Somewhere in-between would be far more acceptable though – the vagaries of the British weather!

Hi

Lower Temperatures are good, rain less so.

I am frustrated, things I cannot do myself at the moment and had arranged people to do it, now cannot due to the weather.

Re: Rain! Glorious rain!

I am delighted to see the rain for many reasons not least to settle 'airborne debris'.
First it was the dust from haymaking covering every surface, then the tiny black flecks called harvest flies and now the little round seed pods from my neighbours silver birch tree .They all find their way in even when the windows are shut

The rain should help to wash some on them away.

Re: Rain! Glorious rain!

No yippee from me. It's forecast rain for next 9 days here!
Cooler temp is very welcome but 9 whole days of the wet, miserable stuff, no thanks! Feels like mother nature punishing us for letting us see the yellow ball for a couple of days lol.

I really don't like dismal, grey days.

Roll on my Jollies when hopefully I LL see that yellow ball for two whole weeks!

A pity it can't rain at night and be sunny during the day.
