I would put INSTRUCTIONS into the bin, that's where mine go.
If you are using something you have no knowledge of then I figure you shouldn't be risking life and limb operating said object.
Anyway, like my PC, if anything goes wrong I haven't a clue where to look n the manual, too much information, send for a 9 years old, they'll know what gives.
