No known sexual misconduct with any of his female friends, JBR, just a lot of speculation and the queen saying "men will be men". I don't think it would be viewed too kindly if anything were proved. Too much smoke for there not to be a fire somewhere in there though....

Well poor old bugger it can’t have been too much fun being married to a national treasure . The Queen has always put her family second to her dedication to her duty as she sees it .
So if he has some fun with a companion ( who was his second cousins estranged wife ) the cousin Earl Mountbatten having run off with someone else to the Bahamas .
We pass this way only once .
