Do you try new things or do you stick to the same old meals ?

Who has heard of or tried Freekeh , quinoa, or kerfir grains ?

All are tasty and a nice and cheaper change to rice or cous cous and have many health giving qualities

Are you adventerous or do you stick to rice and potatoes ?

Im always interested in trying some thing new if any knows of any thing I dont ?

I'll often try vegetarian options but haven't been very adventurous with carbs always stuck to bread and potatoes and don't even have potatoes these days.

The funny thing is that I have become more adventurous as I have gotten older. Not only trying new stuff, but trying new ways of doing old stuff.
