Watched the first series again very very good.

Just started to watch the second series.

Am watching it in the Welsh version first(Was brought up in Wales and they tried to teach me the language) interesting how many words they use are English.

Really enjoying this. It is very confusing for the first two or three episodes, then suddenly all starts to make sense. Great acting.

Having nothing to watch for entertainment, I thought I'd give this series a viewing.

It started remarkably well, so much so that I watched 3 episodes in a row.

However, as soon as I started to watch episode 4, I began losing interest - the long, slow scenes?, the long, slow music; the introduction of (alleged) heavy-duty criminals alongside the introduction of (badly-acted) family members with family problems?

By episode 5, I decided that the sheer unreality of the increasingly unbelievable characters and plot made the series unwatchable.

But ..... I gave episode 6 a go and then I had an epiphany - I was no longer watching a drama - I was watching a soap-opera .....

The realisation was an instant turn-off.

Series 3 of Keeping Faith is due on our BBC screens in a couple of weeks or so.

Did wonder about that as it was to be shown last November, unless that was the Welsh version.

I watched the start of Series 3 for the headbutt ..... and it was excellent ..... then I just lost interest in the complicated loves and lives of those living off and beyond the law .....
