Re: Unloading supermarket shopping carts.

I've been struggling with my Carpal's simply putting things in my bag at waist height - a word or two with the shop assistant usually helps me out and they are happy to kindly help me.

I haven't bought a bulk load of things in a long time and don't drive so have to carry everything home with me on foot.

I don't have a problem, yet I am only 5' 2.5" in height.

At my nearest supermarket the trolleys wheels lock if they are removed from the car park grounds, something to do with magnets I believe.

Re: Unloading supermarket shopping carts.

I couldn't manage a trolleyload home...or perhaps if I got a taxi someday.

I think I will end up like UJ and buy everything online eventually, but I'm only 51 - it's just my recent health problems which have curtailed my shopping.

It was so nice to go out for brunch today.
