Re: Fresh, Frozen or Canned?

At first I thought the heading was about women

Fresh = fun loving easy to please
Frozen = No matter what you do they don't want to know
Canned = After a night in the pub they are hopeless for anything

Re: Fresh, Frozen or Canned?

I eat a lot of canned berries and since I started having home grocery deliveries, I have lots of frozen vegetables.

The only canned vegetable I buy is the occasional can of marrowfat peas.

I don’t buy canned fruit.

Most berries I eat from frozen and some stir fry veggies. The rest is fresh. I occasionally eat canned. I’ve never considered frozen to be less nutritious.

I eat a lot of frish spinach I never buy frozen or canned.

I eat a lot of canned sweetcorn and peas, although I prefer frozen petite pois.

I never buy tinned fruit, only fresh and im not keen on frozen fruit.

I prefer to eat fresh veggies, especially cauliflower, frozen cauli is mushy and horrid. I actually eat a lot of raw vegetables

That was interesting reading, but they didn't mention baked beans.
I buy fresh veg, but I do buy frozen peas & those frozen jacket potatoes as well as fresh baby potatoes.
