Re: Mr Rod Stewart (Old Gravel Voice)

I was never a big fan until I saw a few TV programmes and interviews.

His friendship with Ronnie Wood is wonderful.

I warmed to him and then his music.

Top man.

Re: Mr Rod Stewart (Old Gravel Voice)

I liked Rod Stewart up to the point where he started to believe the hype and also convinced himself he could do covers of Tom Waits songs - big mistake!
Mind you, his Unplugged programme with Ronnie Wood was immensely enjoyable as they clearly agreed.

Re: Mr Rod Stewart (Old Gravel Voice)

Rod Stewart has been in my top five singers since the 70s. No matter he's older, skinny legs, time doesn't change his songs or the way he delivers them to make me smile, sing along, and get the warm fuzzies after I hear a song or two of his. "You're In My Heart" and "Hot Legs" are my favorites
