Recipe for bounty bars

1 lb of margarine,
1 lb of icing sugar,
2 lbs of coconut,
2 tins of sweetened condensed milk,
Melting chocolate.

Method : Line baking trays with greaseproof paper, spread with melted chocolate then let it set, spread coconut mixture in tray then cover with more melted chocolate and let it set, cut into individual fingers and enjoy.

Always treat myself on a Saturday to a Bounty Bar when I've done my weekly shop. Eat it while I'm putting shopping in car-yummy

Good for you Angieh, I put a bit on 3 months ago but it's all back off now, it's very hard to loose it but so easy to put it on.
