Wakey Wakey!

Once you wake up in the morning, how long does it take for you to actually decide to get up?

No choice in matter-Get woken up by me geeps & my feet hit the floor a few seconds later-Never go back to bed either.
When is my mind in gear is another matter!

That's the problem - how long it takes your brain to co-operate with your body!!!

Re: Wakey Wakey!

That depends a lot on how I've slept the night before Sometime I don't get off to sleep until 5.00am but even then I am up by 9.00am

Re: Wakey Wakey!

It is surprising how varied the time is between folk, from waking to actually getting up.

Re: Wakey Wakey!

I lead such a screwy life that sleep since retirement normally happens when I get sleepy. That means any time of the day or night I could be up & about or snoring away. It seems to suit me as I feel very rested and healthy. I especially like my 1-3 in the afternoon nap.
